I believe change starts from within; through self-care & mental practice. I work with clients to ensure motivation is cultivated through building a healthy relationship with food and embarking on a therapeutic whilst mentally & physically challenging journey to become the best version of ourselves. I emphasize overlooked aspects of life and teach rather than just train, as a way to empower women with knowledge. I'm authentic & relatable, having faced many of the same challenges myself.

During my journey of losing 115lbs and experiencing a profound mental shift, I have been able to sustain this lifestyle for three years making it a part of my identity and passion. With my expertise in weight loss, strength training, holistic nutrition, and more, I have a huge focus on cultivating positive habits and mental well-being. I want to help women looking for weight loss, seeking complete lifestyle changes, and being committed to discipline.
